Drop Roberts for who?

I have four options I wanted to run through the experts here. I am thinking about dropping Roberts and picking up one of these available players: Crawford, Nady, Mondesi, or Baldelli. Who should I choose? Also, should I drop Kip Wells or Graves for Peavy?

Crawford, Lou will run him wild. Baldelli alternate.

Raul Mondesi worked this off season with Reggie Jackson and if you've seen any games this year its paying off. Its his walk year and you know how motivating that can be. He also steals some with legitimate pop and with him hitting to all fields, that right field porch at Yankee Stadium will be his new best friend. Plus, he's a Yankee. That means lots of runs.
