A lot of the big name top college players have been knocked out before the college world series. No Drew, Weaver, or any of the Rice pitchers. One real good college player that I know of off hand is Landon Powell. He is the catcher for S. Carolina and was drafted in the 1st round by the A's.

Landon Powell is on of top players in the country,IMO. He was drafted 24th by Oakland and he is a finalist for the Johnny Bench Award. He calls a great game, he has an awesome arm, and he is pretty good with the bat.

Another player to watch is Matt Campbell. He is a junior SP for the Gamecocks also. He was the 29th overall selection in the draft this year. He has a nasty breakingball and can rack up the K's.

Whoever you go see play it should be good baseball. I wish I could join you in Omaha.
