Suggestions? McGriff instead of Alomar for Util perhaps? I'm also obviously short on closers, so I've put in a claim for Hoffman who's available. My OF is subpar as well.

Would the following trade be recommended?
Erstad and Kent for Patterson and Benitez

No no no. Do not make that trade. Erstad and Kent are both quality starters. Patterson is a shmuck and Benitez does not come close to covering those other two guys.

Try trading Odalis for a closer like Williamson or just pick up a temporary solution off the waiver wire in Kline and Worrell.
