You guys have a strategy, I seem to always pick the wrong guys. For example the other day I sat Vernon Wells and he hits 2 hr's.

Well I got my set guys. Usually it just comes down to utility for me. Then you have to look at it a couple ways. If its H2H i look what I need, Speed or Power. I also go to espn.com and look at how each player has done against the starting pitcher. In the end though its a crap shot. Thats what I do and some days im genius, some days im not so lucky.

SoCalRebel is right. Even the best real-life managers can out-think themselves. If a guy's red-hot, that's one thing. But with all things considered equal, go with your gut and shrug off some usual bum going 4 for 4 with 8 RBIs or whatever. You'll drive yourself crazy otherwise.
And when you have a terrible day, don't freak out. It's a long season. There's plenty of time to get back on track.
