I'd go for Escobar. I really liked him coming into this year. I think he'll be better unless AJ rapidly returns to the pitcher he once was.

Having seen Escobar pitch his last couple outings, I take him hands down. He really looks to have turned the corner. In his last 6 starts, he has given up more than two runs only once...3 runs to Baltimore...the rest have been 2 or less including one ER to the Cubs today and a shutout with 11 K's against the Brewers last time out.
No way Burnett pitches better coming off of TJ surgery...not even considering the difference in run support between the Fish and the Angels
