Another blown save this one from Hoffman. :-[ :,-(
Also had 2 from Baez, 2 from Koch, 2 from Rhodes, 1 from Affeldt, Wagner gave up 4 runs in a third of an inning, This is just from the last week an a half.

I can certainly understand a couple of blown saves but 8 in a week give me a break!

Well, I had Graves last night, now Hawkins today. DAMMIT!!! Hawkins has had a whole lot of bad luck. Molina's infield single was pure luck.

That's some rough stuff right there... I know how you feel. I have Smoltz on my team. And my starters didn't do much better. Redman, Oswalt, Myers....

I know how it feels. I have Baez and he blew two saves. In the long run, it helped me because I got 2 extra wins. This put me over the top in wins. I had no chance in beating this week's opponent in saves because he has Gagne, Looper, Cordero, and Graves. :~(

Is it just me or has the pitching around the league been bad/unpredictable this year?

Colon
Santana (earlier)
Moose (earlier)
Oswalt
Beckett
Webb
Mantei
Riske
Borowski
Dotel
Pedro (earlier)
Percival
Contreras
Pettitte
Nomo
Wood
Morris
Millwood
Zito
Rhodes
Wolf
Wagner

I'm sure there are more I'm not mentioning, but all of these guys have been terrible this year, either due to ineffectiveness or injuries.

I guess it must just be a fluke, but I don't remember it being like this in the past...I guess it just goes to show that taking pitching early in the draft is probably not the wisest move.

Or the pitchers pitch great and get no run support.

Livan Hernandez. Both Perez. Then the dude from Anaheim has a 5 era and he's got 7-8 wins.
