Well with the draft going on my interest in young players has peaked. While I was looking up some info on the draft picks that the Indians made I came across a rather neat site. Every wonder who your team drafted in the 45th round of the 1983 draft and what kinda of career they had? Well now you can find out.

Interesting note, Mark Mulder was drafted 1445th in the 1995 draft as a 1b by the Detroit Tigers. Maybe their scouting would explain why they aren't a successful team.

mulder graduated HS in '95,
maybe he played 1st and was good enough to be somewhat noticed at the spot.
but yes, that explains why the tigers suck.
