I kind of "never go with a pitcher that has to pitch in
Coors!"

Anytime you have a 50-50 pick between two players, 90% of the time, you'll get it wrong!

what? SD and LA are in the NL West, so both have to pitch in Coors.
To answer your question, I like Odalis better. His ratios last year were great, and indicate that he will be a successful pitcher. Oliver should be a good one too, but I prefer Odalis.
