Carlos Delgado took grounders today and could return to the starting lineup on Monday.
Delgado is on the DL with an irritated rib cage muscle.

Man, that is going to be a huge shot in the arm for my team!!!!

He is going to have a monster second half!!!! Get him low if you can

Yeah, nothing quite like getting a 3rd round a .220 hitter back in the lineup! ;-)

Just traded A Ramirez for him in one league and very happy to hear hes coming back soon. Needed the 1B bad and Ramirez was going to my bench soon with P Wilson coming back to take my UTIL spot.

Cliff Lee for Delgado huh? well some people are idiots. Cliff Lee is about as valuable as Wilson Delgado. Obviously an exaggeration, but Cliff Lee is waiver wire fodder in nearly every league I'm in.

Sounds like a trade made in a one-man league in a mental institution. No offense intended if that is indeed the case, of course. ;-)
