I just saw that ESPN NFL 2K5 will cost $20 . (go to http://www.ebgames.com if you dont believe me) Man this is such a great deal i just hope the NBA NHL and MLB games are $20 too.
$20 has always been a big selling price point. Since ESPN has to compete with EA Sports, it's not too surprising that they are trying to undercut the market. Good job by ESPN, and good for the consumer.
Yes doctor, I am sick. Sick of those who are spineless. Sick of those who feel self-entitled. Sick of those who are hypocrites. Yes doctor, an army is forming. Yes doctor, there will be a war. Yes doctor, there will be blood.....
If only they released the game remotely close to when MVP was released, this might matter. But everybody has already bought their copies of MVP for the most part. It came out over 3 months ago. It's a good idea though, since getting people to commit to a certain brand of baseball game is important considering they might buy the updated version each year.
"Jack, will you call me, if you're able?"
"I've got your phone number written, in the back of my Bible."

EA Sports made their PS2 version of MVP online, but left Xbox hanging, so ESPN thought they could own the Baseball Xbox live world. Well about a week ago EA said that MVP 06 will be online for BOTH PS2 and Xbox, so ESPN is in deep trouble

Its not the baseball game, its the football game, so it will come out around the time Madden comes out.

Hopefully you mean MVP 2005, not 2006. I'll probably buy it either way though, since I don't use XBox live. At least that game would give me a reason to start
