I just read his MRI came back good, and they are thinking he should be back sometime in may. He is going to get a 2nd opinion, but this looks good for fellow Jeter owners. Does not look like he will need surgery. yay!

I know this may not be true, but you would hope that all fans hope that injuries to any player aren't serious or career threatening. Especially with a classy guy like Jeter. (This coming from a Met fan).

I am rooting for Jeter to come back, the injury was done in pure hustle. and..........he does ok for the fantasy team too, However, I do not wish for similar luck for the yankees as a team. I am hoing their ancient pitchign staff all goes down in a heap of rocks later in the season, lol. Might be good if the sox's bull pen gets their fingers out too. They are darn right scary right now.
