I am in a strange league that seems to want to use every statistical category possible for the scoring. I was wondering if anyone can give me any insight into where my strengths and weaknesses are.
Here are the categories Runs, Hits, Singles , doubles , triples , homers, RBI, SB, BB, IBB, TB, Avg., On base %, Slugging percentage.
SO as you can see its very confusing and redundant in some areas but for those of you adventurous enough here is my team

I hate leagues with so many categories, makes it hard to stategize each week. Plus the final scores for each week are like 15-12 or something.
Let me say your offense is kick ass - yowsa. I would think you already knew that your pitching was your weakness. Mulder is the only guy you can count on and I think his year wont be as good as previous years. Trade for another SP, also, where are you saves gonna come from? Stewart isn't even closing and DeJean is the worst. Perhaps consider trading for another lower class RP like Baez or something for some more saves.
I also dislike the scoring of the league but I won the hockey league am going to win the basketball league and went 15-1 in the football league so I let my big mouth get me into trouble in joining the baseball league.
I haven't followed baseball in about 5 years so I'm really need some help with this.
Here is my updated roster Wakefield, Lidle, Remlinger, Appier and Rick Reed are on the waiver wire should I bother picking up any of them or take solace in the fact that I am winning every offensive category and ride out my pitching until something happens.

if you havnt followed baseball for 5 years how in the world do have such a good team?
i love you hitting. m suggestion is trade garret anderson for a very decent pitcher like Lowe or Lawrence. the your team will be compete. and drop DeJean and pick up appier. i think its time to say "i gotta throw out saves and win everyother catagorie."
My ignorance would amaze you. I had to look up who lawrence was lol. I originally drafted Helton in round two but traded him for Tejeda and I drafted Ray Durham and traded him for Mulder to someone that had no second basemen but tons of pitching. Dunn and Hinske I just got over the last few days because of people taking too much stock in what they are doing and not what they are capable of doing.
