Yes but they won't have a lot of MP's in the house of commons. Since it isn't a majority, they don't have as much control.

True enough in this election it will no doubt be a minority government, but in our multi-party system even majority governments usually govern with less than 50 percent support - if I remember correctly (not sure) I believe the current Liberal government was elected with only 43 percent support in the previous election.
