Are you a futurama fan? I work on the show and i don't see much fantasy baseball/Futurama crossover. Nice logo!

What is your job on the show? Drawing Bender?

Did you invent "Gender Bender"? (<- another one of my favourites)

I work in the art dept. We handle all the art on the show. We didn't invent Gender Bender, but we did draw him. Have you seen the Tin Toy Gender Bender? Pretty cool.

You heard we didn't get picked up, right?

i haven't heard that, been spending too much time on fantasy baseball...

So what's your job, drawing stuff? Could you draw me in futurama-style if you had a pic?

Sorry, I'm more of a production type guy, not an artist. I run the dept and make sure everything is going through the proper channels on schedule. I do get the occasional joke on the show, but as usual the writers take all the credit. We also handle all the merchandise/media design for Futurama and the Simpsons.

Futurama was a great show! Yeah, it's too bad it didn't get picked up. But I imagine someone will want to syndicate it, like Cartoon Network or Comedy Channel.

And syndication will make Matt a lot of money. Unfortunately, not me. But perhaps that means Matt can afford to have me around a while longer!

And cwebb, I think the minimum education amongst our writers is a masters. Over half have a PHD. Most are from Harvard or Yale. Kinda sick, huh?
