take over a team in a keeper league....If you have any teams that aren't participating then I will take over for them. I really want to take over a team in a keeper league with all of MLB. Please can anyone help me?

I commish a keeper league entering the thrid season shortly. The league is mixed AL/NL, no charge, on Yahoo. We use a draft formatt to assign players and will be adding a supplemental draft of 2 rounds this year to incorporate new teams.
