I'm in a 14 team league, and Contreras has good upside. He did pitch well against Texas and then Baltimore, but didn't look that impressive his last outing. After returning from the minors. He was one of the best Cuban pitchers in the league. What do you think of Contreras turning it around?
15-17 wins possible? 175 Ks?

In a 14-team league, yes. But still only as a spot starter.
Mitigating factor: there is a 50/50 chance he'll get traded in the coming months. It's uncertain whether or not he'll be a starter or MR. That could impact his value.

I saw the subject of your post -- "Can Contreras turn it around?"
My first thought -- sure, but would Cuba take him back?
I say probably not, so the Yankees are stuck with him (doesn't mean you have to be though).
