Will he come back as a top pitcher or will be hampered by his "sore shoulder" all season?

The magic 8-ball says that he will be fine this year.

Wahoo!!

True, this is hard to predict. Not as much hoopla about his injury as others, so I'm inclinded to think that he'll be OK. Just curious if someone in Toronto or elsewhere heard differently.
