Rocky Biddle might contend for the title.

I'd say Biddle has been holding the title for a while, ick.

come to think of it

there are a number of bad closers who could compete for the title, maybe we could do a "survivor" type game for the "worst closer to survive from being domoted the longest", lol.

Koch, hands down. Biddle plays for Montreal, not a real baseball team, and Herges is a backup.

Why would they intentionally walk Edgar Martinez who had 2 strikes on him already to load the bases? Now you give Cabrera fresh count still with a guy on third with 1 out. I think you are putting more pressure on a Koch who was already unglued. He almost lost the game on a wild pitch to Cabrera. I just dont agree with loading the bases in a tie game...it never seems to work....especially in this situation when he was 1 strike away from having two outs.

Yep there sure is
and his name is Rocky Biddle.
Koch had actually been very good as a closer in May. I guess he is challenging Chacon for second now though
