Mabry's doing pretty well in Stl, and is starting to get the starts over Lankford. His eligibility in the OF, 1b 3b and an emergency 3rd catcher only helps him.

Thoughts?

You would have to be VERY desperate and have an awful team...OR you are in a VERY deep league to even consider Mabry

Haha, I am in a deep NL league. Plus I'm a big Mabry fan, since the begining but I guess your right. Unless he somehow gets the LF job?

Some of us are in deep leagues where it's not all All Stars. I picked up Mabry as a platoon player for my 18 team league. And since I'm in second place, I'm not exactly desperate. He's a potentially decent spare part if one is in a league of such size.

Agree, however, that Mabry is of little use in average sized leagues.
