ok 1. whats his injury and how long will he be out? and 2. why was he sucking when he wasnt hurt?

1. It's a strained ribcage. Word has it that he'll be in Tuesday's lineup against the Dodgers.

2. It's called a slump. Every single baseball player on the planet has them.

Yeah except Delgado's slump has been a little prolonged for a guy who had a ton of RBI last year.

It may be more than a slump, he's getting older and he could be headed into a decline.

Blue Jays' manager Carlos Tosca also admitted that Delgado has been playing with rib cage pain for weeks now. Maybe that's the problem.

He also has a jammed knee to go with the ribcage strain....But I just bought low on him...I just traded Cliff Lee straight up for him and I am lovin it!!!!! He'll be back to full strength in a few weeks I hope
