500,000 cards what to do

My girlfriends father has at least 500,000 baseball cards from the late 80's and 90's. He told me that I could do whatever I wanted with these cards. So here is my question, do I try to sell them online? Will a card shop possibly take them? I really dont want to sit down and go through each one of the cards.. It would take me months!!!! But I guess I will... I have found a few decent cards in one of the boxes but that was the only box I went through. there are atleast another 300 boxes to look in.. I dont want to spend the time looking through all of them if I cant do anything with them when I'm done, I know most are probably worth next to nothing but still gotta see..
Any ideas guys?

Unfortunately, to get the best deal it would help to know exactly what you have. That means going through all the boxes. If you just want to move them, then a local dealer might be interested (at a very cheap price) or you could try your luck with Ebay and see what the bidding gets up to.

Put them in the spokes of your bicycle. It makes a really wicked sound. Other than that you go with what Madison said. If you go wholesale you aren't going to get a ton of money but it will save the effort. If you decide to take inventory you might find singles that bring in more money and are easier to get rid of.
