Jeremy Giambi, should I trade for him?

Anybody knows whats the deal with Giambi in Philly? He's been hitting the long balls and drawing walks like an all star, but his manager won't even play him full time. Are his numbers due to the fact that he was batting more frequently against righties ? His power numbers in Philly projected to what looked like a 40 homer season. Waiver bait or gamer?

Somewhere in between, in my opinion. If he gets an everyday job, he'll put up very respectable numbers, but I wouldn't target a player who was used as a pinch hitter in two of his last three games, unless you can get him at a bargain price and stash him on your bench for now.
