I got Brian Giles for Freddy Garcia early in the year while Giles was cold and Freddy was hot, and i got Kent for Percival after Marcus Giles went down, cause the other guy really needed saves. What are yours?

I gave: Orlando Cabrera, Mark Beurhle and Johan Santana.

I guess Thome and Isring for Soriano and Kolb is decent. Sori hasn't come through yet, though.

My favorite so far: I got V. Wells and C. Zambrano for A. Jones and J. Kennedy. My pitiful pitching staff loved Zambrano today!

I thought I had made some great deals, but as I looked through all my teams I realized every "great deal" that I've made has gone horribly wrong.

Some of my great deals gone wrong

I give: Adam Dunn, Octavio Dotel
I get; Richie Sexson, Mark Redman

I give: Danny Graves(sell high, yeah right)
I get: Richard Hidalgo

I give: Phil Nevin, Mark Prior
I get: Todd Helton, C.C. Sabathia

But wait, I finally found one good deal. I gave up Furcal and Lieberthal and got Roy Halladay in return.

Not to hijack this thread and turn it into the worst trades that we've made this year, but I can sympathize with those "great deals" that don't look so great in hindsight :~(

For instance:

I give: Looper and F. Garcia
I get: Dotel

And the killer:

I give: M. Lowell and S. Podsednik (who was due for a sophomore slump)
I get: Colon and Millar
