I envision 50 SB's a good average and maybe some pop. And of course a decent amount of runs. I just dropped Dave Roberts for him, so far every chance he has gotten to steal Pieny has sent him. I have a good feeling about this guy. What do you guys think?

I think Crawford is a solid player. I doubt he reaches 50 sbs, but he is definetely better than Roberts.
I know the future!!!!!!!

I was just debating who to drop for Crawford. He's doing great so far, and my yahoo team is the early season favorite to finish last.

So far, the choices are basically Phelps, Roberts, or Shannon Stewart. Or maybe I'll just drop Penny for him and hope to trade for a pitcher later.

If the guy needed SB's and wasn't starting Kearns then I think it is fine. Unless it is a keeper league.
