I'd deal away either Ortiz, Delgado or Kaz...with Nomar coming back you are going to have 2 extra position players and only one Util spot. Plus, even Matsui can fill that Util spot.

Personally, I'd try to deal Hillenbrand and Delgado for a better 3rd baseman, then use that extra spot you have to pick up a pitcher from waivers.

I would keep Hillenbrand actually. He is starting to heat up, finally. I'd trade away JD Drew, right after a big week. He is a huge injury risk, and will go on the dl for the stupidest stuff. I couldn't have been happier when we traded him away to Atlanta. Maybe for another closer? Looper doesn't get a whole lot of chances when the Mets are cold (which is often.)

Why is Hideki Matsui on your bench and Ortiz your Util? Ride the hot hand, and Matsui is currently hot.
