EASY PIC CROP??

Can someone help me out with what I believe to be an easy request?? I have a pic that needs to be cropped down slightly. It is 179X142 and either dimension can be no more than 175. There is some black at the end that can be cropped off.

If this is as easy as it sounds, can a sig master please PM me their e-mail address so that I can e-mail you the pic?? I would prefer to do it that way because it contains a curse word. Thanks.
