looks like valverde is the closer in Zona tonight, struck out 2 in the 9th & got Bonds to pop up to record the save

Is this really a surprise? He's their best reliever, Mantei can't stay healthy, and I don't know what the hell they were thinking with that Scott Service stunt. Hopefully Papa Grande can keep the job and return to 2003 form.

He looke AWESOME tonight, Like the Valverde I Drafted & was coutning on. Hopefully yes this is a sign of good things to come.

If Brenly would of let him face Bonds last week, would of been fine anyway
