Need some Advice

I'm sitting in the middle of the pack (moving back and forth between 6th and 10th) in a 14 team 5x5 keeper league.

My rankings in the league

HR 7th K 8th
R 14th S 8th
RBI 8th W 8th
SB 6th WHIP 5th

My team:

1B: Thome

OF: J Jones, Kearns, L Ford

Bench: Hafner, C Tracy, R Sanders, Eaton, Garland, Gobble, W Williams

DL: Padilla, Wagner


I don't understand why I can't score runs, or move up beyond 6th. Where should I target?

I might trade away Thome for a decent leadoff hitter to imrpove runs and BA. You can shop around to see the best guy you can get. I personally am I big Biggio fan. See if you can someone else with him.

are there OF options other then Kearns out there? You might get help by getting him out of the lineup for a more productive/hot hitter.
