always a bad move to trade proven, stud starting pitching in their prime. i would never part with any of those guys unless i was getting another ace in return (real life baseball of course).
I wouldn't be suprised to Zito go to the Sox. Then again, they'd have to give a lot more the Youkilis. He's good, but his ceiling isn't that high... he's almost ready to be a major league regular now, but doesn't project to be much better than say, Scott Hatteberg, in the future. If the Sox went after Zito, he'd have to be included in a package.

Your rumor is extremly stupid. First off the A;s ARE NOT going to trade any of the three aces period wether they are in the playoff hunt or not. Next off you better believe that beanne can do A LOT better then Youkilis for one of hudson. mulder, or zito.............................LET ALONE ALL 3

Slow down there ya Oakland Maniac!The guy was not saying all three.He was relaying a rumor about ONE OF THE THREE!Beane does have a insane boner for Youklis though and the A's will never sign all three of those pitchers.Add to that the fact they want a closer so they can put Rhodes back where he belongs, and a Youklis and Kim for Zito deal seems alot more realistic.

Now, yes a Zito for Youkilis and Kim trade would make sense, however I can GUARENTEE it won't happen. billy is going to want a lot more then that for one of his ace's not to mention he has already stated numerous times that he won't trade any of them.

i highly doubt that, all 3 ace pitchers from 1 team, i can't see it happening, but if i did, look at Boston's rotation
