I heard there was a chance he could come back last week but then had a minor setback. Is he playing any games in the minors? How soon will he be playing for the Mets? I can't wait to get this guy in my lineup!

Reyes had an MRI on his back yesterday. The results will be known today. The soreness in his back has not subsided.
His hamstring hasn't been an issue at all. That's been the positive news.
My source is the New York Daily News.

apparently, his sore back is due to the fact that the organization changed his running style. at least that is what the mets are saying. they said it was anticipated and is not serious. however, the mets are notorious for handling injuries poorly, so we'll see. i dont have him on any of my main teams, but id still like to see him get back. the kid has a bright future if he can ever get healthy
welcome home andy

cortizone in the back., the hamstring causing back problems., then back problems causing hammy problems,., something just isn't right with this kid, .when ur that young injuries don't take that long if there aren't tendons liagment damage., etc.,
weird situation

had this fraud stashed away for close to 3 weeks now and i was hoping to trade him for a pitcher down the road.....
but i am getting sick of hearing about a 20 year old athlete who has the body of an old lady...
what the heck is his new running style anyway?
stop, drop, and roll!?!?!?
