I see Todd is back in the Rockies lineup. However, is he there to stay? Will his oblique fire back up? Just curious. Is he still a top-ten fantasy player?

all i know is that helton is about as valuable to the rockies as any player could be to a team... i think that they erred on the side of caution when they kept him out all those games and that he wouldnt be playing unless he was in the clear... i think he'll be fine...
