omg 495/95 traffic is absolutely horrendous....i have to drive about 3 hours everyday to commute a total of 30 mile drive to mclean VA.

Hmmmm

Well, I used to go to a lot of Jays games, so a lot will have to do with their players. I was there when:

- Robbie Alomar's consecutive errorless game record ended
- The Jays set a team record for DP's in a game
- Dave Weathers made his first MLB appearance
- Cal Ripken started a new GP streak, a day after the old one ended in B'more

There's probably tons more, but that's all I can remember off the top of my head. My aunt and uncle were at some WS games in 1992, and I got the ticket stubs framed as a gift (Thanks a lot - going to the actual game would have been a much better gift :-[

) I've been to mostly every Raptors home playoff game in the ACC. And I also got to sit in a suite to watch a playoff game in 2001 I think it was. The game Oakley blew while trying to make a bunch of behind the back passes - as if that narrows it down :-t

One that comes to mind is 1996 Game 1 of the WS. Yankees-Braves. The Braves dominated them. Good times, AA....

Also went to NCAA Eastern Regional Semis this year (St. Joe's bracket), and the NCAA Semi's and Finals (Maryland's victory with Juan Dixon).

I was at the game at the Ballpark in Arlington when they filmed "The Rookie". :-)

I haven't been to any games that have meant anything big, other than some good regular season games with walkoffs and stuff. However, my dad was at the game when Clemens hit Piazza in the head and my friend was at Cone's perfect game in '99.
