Hot Starts

Postby cwhitty » Tue Apr 01, 2003 3:06 pm

This is my favorite time of fantasy baseball. Lots of good players will be dropping on the waiver wire over the next month due to hot starts by players like Corey Patterson, Jeff Liefer and Runelvys Hernandez, to name a few. Also the trade offers I recieve at the beginning of each year are outrageous. Fun Stuff!

here's a funny one...yahoo's pending 2 days on converting a trade, once accepted you cant go back...sunday night i finally reached an agreement with a die hard NY fan...THIS TELLS YOU NOT TO STACK UP ON YOUR TEAMS FAVORITE PLAYERS...

i gave him.... JETER / POSADA / & HUDSON
for...........A-ROD / KENDALL / & K.BROWN

between posada(NYer) being better than kendall coming off injury..him worrying over a-rod and geting his boy jeter(NYer)...and him thinking hudson over brown, also coming off injury made me feel comfortable because of the spring he's having....LOL...now who got better.... :-?

yeah but really its a fair deal between each, he wanted his yankees and i was upgrading to a-rod, i dont have the worries others have...that and i think kendall will be back to his usual self, there's not many other catchers i'd deal with to replace him & in reference to brown well the guy is back PERIOD and all it took was a little selling to make this go being a yankee that is...lol. now it just looks prettier that a yankee fan is down the well...hey, i'm from cleveland...gotta stick with my tribe...world series 2008 baby...lol

It was ballsy, but wrong. He will get more value out of it than you. Kendall's washed up. Brown will soon go down. Jeter will be back. Posada just hit a 420 foot home run...
