Hitting coach Mitchell Page said Mrs. Deidre Pujols deserves the credit for husband Albert's recent surge at the plate.
''She said he was spread out too far,'' Page said. ''She was right. I thought the same thing. I'll give credit where it's due. She knew what she was talking about.'' Pujols is hitting .394 with six homers in his last 10 games.

read that article too......it says often watches tape of him hitting and gives him tips often. supposedly she was an excellent softball player so she knows what shes talking about. maybe she should throw some tips at edmonds...2 for his last 18 and hitting 259 on the season.
