So far he's doing really well in the closer roll. What's the chances he stays as the closer and how well do you think he will do if he stays there? I just picked him up and if he can get me atleast 20+ saves it would be huge for my team. I can play him as a SP and play 3 RP and rake in those saves.
Theres someone in my league that just offered me 2 different trades for him. This is the same person that had 4 closers going last year and won the league so I know he likes the SP+RP guys. If hes not going to continue being the closer I might as well deal him while hes worth something but if he stays on as closer and does well hes more valuable than almost anyone out there.

I really think now that he is in that role he will stay there the rest of the season and have success there. I like him and picked him up in all the leagues I could.

Yeah, i really like him to. I actually drafted him in a later round because I thought he would be a decent SP. I dropped him when he was stinking it up and recently picked him back up.
Ive been waiting for a SP+RP guy to come around and I really hope Affeldt will fill that role for me.

Let me ease your mind.
I am ONE HUNDRED PERCENT SURE that that was a good idea.
Koch sucks. Sure Affeldt isn't as locked into the closer role as guys like Eric Gagne and Keith Foulke, but it's definitely worth the risk of dropping a guy like Koch.

Koch rules. He strikes out a lot of batters.
