Who was the last lefty to catch in a MLB game?

Ahh the rare left handed catcher. I actually was having a discussion about this the other day. IIRC it was Benny Distefano for the Pirates.<br><br><span class=gensmall>Accepted as answer by dfishyjr on Wed Jun 02, 2004 6:59 pm EST.</span>

Surprisingly, it was as soon as 1990. I was at the little league field with my son and there was a left handed catchers mit in the lost and found. It got my interest flowing and decicded to look it up and found out there has been quite a few just many before our time in the late 1800's and early 1900's.
