Phelps (SP for Marlins)

So Beckett goes on DL. Phelps is SP for next two weeks. Is he a must have p/u? What's the deal with him.

(I've already been burned in reliever turned starter by RLopez, so some caution is necessary)

Burnett's coming back this week, so I think Phelps may be out of a spot.

Phelps will be staying the rotation as Burnett was to take his spot, but the Beckett injury buys Phelps at least 2 weeks before returning to the pen. He is definately a solid pick up this week against the Reds who cant hit LHP & the Mets.
