Considering when it was posted, I can't imagine this was a serious article, but the only one that seems at all out of the ordinary is the ground-rule triple. The other ones pretty much fall under the "who cares" category. Even abolishing saves as an official statistic wouldn't keep them from being recorded for fantasy purposes.
So was it really an April Fools joke, and if so, how come it wasn't scary enough to have hundreds of angry letters?
I'm kinda disappointed at April Fools Day this year. The only other hoax I saw was an email offer for a free DVD of this guy's flash animations. Big deal. Like I really care if I get recordings of your crappy song parodies.
