Knew I should have left the title more open-ended for a catch-all for Beltran rumors.

The latest from The San Diego Union-Tribune . While no actual terms mentioned, Xavier Nady was a player I had not really even considered. I thought the Padres would be in the running but I was thinking one of the young (non-Peavy) starters. Nady would be an interesting prospect for the Royals who will most likely drop Juan after this season.

i am huge royals fan and big beltan backer......seems like he will be dealt., don't be surprised at something like this

Yeah I heard that the Padres were the latest team in the race for Beltran. Should make for an interesting summer if half the rumors have any bit of truth to them. ;-D
