Figgins Will Play 3B Full Time

The LA newspapers are reporting that Figgins will move to 3B on a full-time basis when Mon desi joins the club. No indication whatsoever that he will platoon with the Halter (thank Goodness!). :-)

Someone on this site earlier was saying that Figgins will platoon with Halter depending on what side the opposing starting pitcher is pitching from. (I don't know if this is true but if it is Figgins value will go down despite the move to 3rd.)
