Good points all.

Don't look for the Red Sox to trade for a closer real soon. The statheads who run the Sox will, no doubt, consider it a statistical anomaly. Can't say I totally disagree, but Jesus what an ugly way to start the season.

Also, VERY good point about Wins really being more of a team category. Frankly, Pedro probably should have won the Cy Young last year over Zito by a nose, as all his numbers except wins were either comparable or considerably better. Sports writers, however, are hung up on the big 3 of Wins, Ks and ERA.

Did I mention that game sucked...
