He's scheduled to throw 90-100 pitches in his final tune up before being activated for his season debut on June 2nd. He's pitching for the AAA Albuquerque Isotopes (Marlins) going against the AAA Memphis Redbirds (Cardinals)

I gotta say, one of the reasons I'm on the computer right now is to follow Kip Wells' start, and I own AJ...

but if I were to do that I think I would have to cut myself off from fantasy baseball and go live in the woods

thanks for the info though ;-D

Not sure, I haven't been in ALB in a few weeks but from what I understand from hearing the last game they played (Memphis won 14-2 or something like that) the Redbirds are one of the top teams in AAA. Take it for what its worth. Also, as a note, if AJ pitches in ALB next time, remember that the altitude is 5000 feet, like pitching in Coors.

I'm not bothered by this ... I wan't looking forward to his homecoming being against the Reds -- a team that FEASTS on fastballs. If they push it to next Sat-Sun vs. NYM, it wouldn't break my heart.
