I am not going to pick him up. I have given up on the Cle Bullpen. I had Riske, which was a disaster. I had Betancourt (never got me any saves). A week ago I dropped him for Affeldt. CLE just doesn't get enough save situation. I am not going to pick up someone with a 8.00 ERA (or something like that). I also have 5 closers so I don't need a 6th.

I'll sneak this question in here: would you rather have Frasor or Jiminez?
Oliver Perez watch
3-3, 3.74 ERA, 1.15 WHIP in 10 starts
23 BB, 8 HR and 72 K in 65 IP (9.97 K/9)
2 complete games, 1 shutout

stupid tribe had to score in the top of the 9th.
what teams need to do when leading by 4 runs is bring in a reliever to intentionally walk the first hitter and THEN bring in their closer.
why can't fantasy nerds be big league managers??

That wouldn't make it a save opp. The on-deck batter needs to be the tying run so he'd have to get the first two hitters on. Common Mistake.
really? i thought that if there was 1 guy on base with zero outs, you theoretically have to face a minimum of three hitters who each have a chance to score a run in addition to the guy already on base (who was not put there by you), and thus 3+1=4 runs, enough to tie the game.

If he enters the game with a lead of 4 runs he'd have to either pitch the last 3 innings or have the tying run on-deck when he comes in to qualify for a save. So if they walked two guys then brought him in it would be a save opportunity.
