Yeah - not bad. Good info on all the players in the pen.

However, the recommendations to pick up the backups/set-up men are a little questionable. There are some that you should definetly pick up (those that are backing up questionable closers like Matt Anderson), but many of the people (like Looper's back up) just aren't worth wasting a roster spot on unless you're desperate.

Also, word is that Eric Gagne's velocity is way down (from 98 to 92) so he may be someone to keep an eye on.

One thing that annoys me about CBS is that everything is a "good idea". It's like leagues are starting 50 pitcher a team, and the roster size is 100 players. For a league that has about 20 roster spots, there are only about 40 relievers that are really worthwhile, and only a dozen or so that aren't closers.

I'd like to see them be more honest & blunt... for example - "Matt Anderson is hanging onto the closer role by a thread. Expect him to lose his job, and if he doesn't be happy with your pick. If you have an empty roster spot, pick up Franklyn German, but don't expect him to contribute unless Anderson loses his job completely."
