The cards have gotten some steal in their day but have given away some great players to, like Keith Hernandez, Terry Pendleton, Andy Van Slyke

Remember the only reason they traded him is cause they didn't think they could resign him. Cards did the same thing when they got Rolen. Philly wasn't going to resign him so STL sent them Polanco and Bud Smith. And someone is going to do it to KC for Beltran.

I know it's the wrong sport but how bout my Vikings getting 2 so-so years our of Herchel Walker and all they had to give up was Emmitt Smith and about half of the Cowboys super bowl roster!!

Yea in the historical perspective of baseball I will agree that the chowds made the worst trade of all time letting THE BABE leave Boston.....Remember 1918???
