AirTimid's right - avoid Bell. Otherwise, this depends on who your 1b would be if you lose Bagwell. If Bags is on the bench or playing utility, this trade might be worth considering. If you'd be stuck with the free agent du jour, decline it.

I'm not sure about Spivey's injury. The good news is that the reports say it's minor; the bad is that it's a hamstring injury, which Spivey has a history of.

I guess the question is: how much do you want Lopez and his .220 average, Johnson and his high but not yet reached potential, and Spivey and his hamstrings? Granted, Ordonez and a healthy Spivey are nice, but I don't think the rewards of this deal justify either the price or the risk.
