He won't lose it. I've learned something about closers this year that I probably should have learned before: having a good closer makes a big difference on a young team when it comes to team confidence. There is nothing worse for a young team than to have lead after lead frittered away at the very end (see: Toronto, KC, Cleveland.) Still think Mark Shapiro wouldn't sign Urbina if he knew how the Indians bullpen would fare?
Conclusion: Urbina isn't going anywhere. Who would replace him?
