Strategy Help!

what do you think would help you be number 1 in your league? Better Offense or better pitching? I currently have a team with a killer offense but my best pitcher is Oswalt and i got him 5th round in the draft. I'm curently ranked second in my league but am not very far ahead. I'm trying to see if i should trade my best offensive players for some of the best pitchers, or if i should stick with the offense.

I'm in a points league and for the time being, the team with the pitching is winning (it helps that his offense is 3rd best as of now). My hitting is on top right now (thanks Craig Wilson) but my pitching has stumbled (Webb, J.Williams, Oswalt).

The guy in 1st is cruising right now, but I think he may fall sooner or later (Wood is hurt, Zito is off, best hitters are Blaylock and Kent).

So, have a balanced team, but maybe try to favor pitching a little because there are more good hitters than pitchers.

Neither side is more important than the other. Balance and being competitive in every catagory is the key.
