Last week was the first week I had an ERA under 4. I do great in saves but not that great in all the other pitching cats. I do well in doubles, but my average is not very good. It seems to be something different every week. There is no one thing I always do badly in, except for most of the pitching cats, but I always thought that I had a good staff that simply wasnt pitching to its potential.

obviously you'll be better when young and wood get back, whos available via free agency, post some people and ill take a look. thanks for answering mine too btw
solid team for a 12 team league. One thing I would do is play Figgins over Gibbons. Overall, solid team. Your rank will go up if you choose the right ones to start.

That has been a problem for me lately. I benched Figgins when he went off for 5 RBI and a grand slam, and benched Dye and Gibbons when they had HRs.
There arent many FA out there, so I dont really think I can upgrade that way. Some are
Crosby
Sledge
Crede
B Roberts (I dropped him for Utley)
Phelps
Mourneau

Any ideas?
Nah. Your 3b, ss, and IF looks fine. Mcab, Tejada, Overbay should all do great. I wouldn't pick up anybody off those fa pool. Keep an eye on Arroyo and Carpenter though. They've been pretty solid.
Greinke is a good 5 inning pitcher but a GREAT prospect for the future. He will be limited severly to a set number of pitches each start so chances are he won't get a lot of wins not to mention he plays for a sorry team that is on the verge of doing a firesale. I would consider dropping him for either Arroyo or Carpenter due to fact that both play on teams with solid offenses and could easily win 10-15 games without sneezing.
Other than that your offense is pretty solid for a 12-team league, don't worry some of those guys are just having bad Mays and should start to heat up as the summer rolls around.
