He did hit a HR today.
If you are in a keeper league w/ deepr rosters and Hairston gets the job, I would consider taking him.
What should I do with Greinke?

In a 1 year league, I'd leave Hairston. In a keeper, I'd grab him in a second. In fact, I already have.
